Air Temp Sensor

ATS / IAT

Many fuel-injected engines use an air temperature sensor (ATS), also called an Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor, to measure the temperature of the air being drawn into the engine. This input is used by the on-board computer to calculate how much fuel should be delivered to maintain the desired air/fuel ratio.
