OBD Test

An emissions test that utilizes a vehicle's built-in OBD system. If the MIL is commanded on, the test system downloads and records the faults stored by the OBD system. If the OBD system has completed all system checks (no more than one readiness monitor Not Ready) and the MIL is not commanded on, the vehicle will pass the OBD inspection.
